If you are an existing client
There are times that you may need us even outside the extended hours of the clinic. In such emergencies we have a 24 hour on-call service for our owners. If you are having such an emergency please follow these steps:
Step 1. Call the Afterhours number listed on any of our stationary.
Please note, this service is only available for existing clients of the clinic and not to the general public. Hint: Keep an invoice, fridge magnet or brochure on the fridge or by the phone.
Step 2. Get the phone number of the vet on call.
The after hours number will be answered by a message. This message will provide you with the phone number of the vet on call. This number changes every night. If you are diverted to a message bank please call back in a few minutes. The vet may looking after another pet owner. Hint: Don't store this number in your phone. It changes almost every night!
Step 3. Meet the vet at the clinic
The vet will arrange to meet you at the clinic. Important When you get to the clinic, the vet you spoke to will let you in. WAIT BY THE FRONT DOOR OR AS ARRANGED BY THE VET YOU SPOKE TO. |
